●Rules and Match Format●
All events in the JAPAN OPEN are played according to the international Games Rules,to be found in several languages on the ITSF website.

・Open Doubles and Open Doubles
[Qualification]
⇒All qualification matches are played in a 7-point game.

[Elimination]
⇒All matches of elimination phase are palyed with the following format:
Single KO
Best of 3 Games
5-point Game
No-duce in the last game

・Other Events
Double Elimination, no Qualification phase
